Terms and Conditions of Use

The rules and responsibilities for using Amereos services.

1. Subject of the services

Amereos SRL provides spectral image processing services, geospatial data analysis, and infrastructure for global positioning systems through the amereos.com platform. The services are intended for professional use in the fields of remote sensing and satellite monitoring.

2. Rights and obligations of the parties

Amereos SRL undertakes to:

  • Provide services according to the agreed technical specifications.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of customer data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
  • Notify users about planned service interruptions.

The User undertakes to:

  • Provide correct and verifiable information for the account.
  • Not use the services for illegal purposes or to compromise the security of the digital infrastructure.
  • Not redistribute or reverse-engineer the received geospatial data without express consent.

3. Limitation of liability

Amereos SRL is not responsible for:

  • Delays or inaccuracies in satellite data caused by external factors (atmospheric conditions, interruptions from image providers).
  • Loss of profit or indirect damages resulting from the use of the services.
  • Consequences of decisions made by the client based on the provided analyses.

The total liability of Amereos SRL is limited to the amount paid for the services that caused the damage.

4. Payment terms and suspension

Prices are displayed transparently on the platform. Invoices are issued at the start of the service or upon subscription renewal.

Service suspension may occur in the following cases:

  • Non-payment of the invoice within the established term.
  • Serious violation of these terms by the user.
  • The decision of Amereos SRL to discontinue a specific service, with prior notice of at least 30 days.

5. Modification of terms and contact

These terms may be updated periodically. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
